Rewards and Sourcing Manager
A recognised global leader in loyalty management is looking for a Rewards and Sourcing Manager responsible for the oversight of reward sourcing and fulfillment operations for a banking client programme, achievement of client P&L goals and employee satisfaction and retention goals.
Description :
Your main responsibilities include:
Rewards Sourcing:
- Source for new gifts, merchandise and vouchers for offer and reward catalogue
- Negotiation with suppliers for competitive prices
- Compilation of short-listed items for clientˇ¦s approval
- Negotiation of contract terms and conditions with suppliers
- Set up contract with suppliers
Contract and billing administration
- Develop and confirm invoicing methodology with suppliers and client
- Verification of supplier invoices for client processing
- Provide invoice summary to client
- Management of supplier performance
Quality Management & Training
- Ownership of quality metrics and processes. Ensure current business processes are documented and executed.
- Provide training on programme and product knowledge
- Provide support to clientˇ¦s internal team on call enquiries, escalations and all programme related matters via calls and e-mails, if required.
Reporting and Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day client contract for all rewards related issues (if required)
- Provide rewards management reports for internal and client use, by agreed deadlines.
Employee Satisfaction and Retention
- In cooperation with HR, participate in target setting for employee satisfaction, as measured by the employee survey.
- Manage incentive and recognition schemes for team members. Develop and execute employee retention goals and strategies.
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years in related experience
- Good English written and verbal communication skills and good attention to details
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to multi task
- Proven ability in providing management, leadership and people development programmes
- Proven experience in motivating, leading and mentoring team members
- Computer literate with ability to learn client-specific systems
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of contact centre technology tools
- Good typing/keyboard skills
Useful characteristics include:
- Thorough understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments, with an approachable manner
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with a high level of judgement
