Account Manager
A recognised global leader in loyalty management is looking for an Account Manager to design, launch and operate a new banking client programme.

Description :
Reporting to the Regional Business Director in Singapore, you will station in Hong Kong responsible for launching a reward programme in the local market.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Liaising with internal delivery team (IT, Operation, Analytics, Marketing, HR, Finance) as well as local client team on the project plan execution
- Serve as the single point of contact for local client team
- Provide local insights in the reward strategy planning process
- Negotiate local partnership and managing the entire partnership progress
- Develop campaigns and follow through on the execution to support the programme
- Provide admin assistance in local office setup and day to day running


Essential skills and experience:
- University degree
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well organised individual
- 3-5 years working experience in project management / account management capacity
- Able to work independently and work across multiple time zones
