Description : Reporting to the CEO, your key job responsibilities are: • To facilitate and monitor all SPA/beauty and slimming training programmes/workshops • To develop training strategies to meet the business objectives • To promote a continuous learning culture in the SPA/beauty/slimming workshop through ongoing assessments • To develop training materials and presentations • To organise and coordinate new therapist training programmes To meet the challenge, you should have: • A minimum of 8 years solid training experience in the SPA/beauty/slimming Industry • Certification of ITEC or related qualification(s) • Excellent communications skill in Cantonese (Good English / Mandarin – an advantage) • Excellent presentation skills and experience in facilitating training • Effective collaboration with others to identify and resolve issues Interested parties or referral please send your full resume [email protected].
