User Experience Manager
A successful UX Manager is a multi-talented team player who advocates UCD, uses insight to inform their design decisions, enjoys conceptualising and innovating new solutions.

Description :
We want a creative and confident person, embedded in the discipline and engaged by their work ˇV who wants to work side-by-side with product managers, research, technology and marketing to evolve the web, mobile and email offerings in our client's digital businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities
•Drive all user centred requirements for the networkˇ¦s overall user experience including information architecture, interaction and visual design, navigation, usability and accessibility
•Define and communicate usability requirements and appropriate research for projects.
•Develop appropriate prototypes of designs to meet testing and communication needs.
•Conduct appropriate user research and analysis using scenario analysis interviewing, focus group facilitation, card sorting and other recognized data gathering techniques. Prepare reports of findings.
•Clearly communicate User Experience approaches and design decisions to stakeholders and project team members.
•Create a user experience framework and processes to deliver site designs and guide future developments
•Facilitation of workshops and collaborative design sessions
•Deliver and present relevant project deliverables as required by the projects (such as user journeys, personas, wireframes, creative concepts, style guides, hi/lo fi prototypes etc.)
•Work tightly with the project team members to understand the vision for the experience and how to use user experience principles to lift and define the overall user engagement with the product.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and the Company's stakeholders to create project scopes, schedules, and road maps
•Champion principles of usability and user-centered design
•Contribute to the Global UX team to help evolve our offering, processes and world domination!

The ideal candidate would have:

UX skills
•5+ years work experience creating interfaces and large scale websites (B2B, B2C and Asian sites would be great) with a solid track record of creating intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, UI and navigation.
•Degree qualified in a UX related discipline such as HCI, ergonomics, design ˇV graphic, visual, product etc.
•Successful portfolio that demonstrates your experience in UX, information architecture, wireframes and conceptual design, SEO etc.
•Experience with wireframing and/or prototyping tools to demonstrate your design approach and vision.(Visio, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)

Management and communication skills
•A combination of creative, conceptual, analytical and management skills, ability to play nicely with other team members and good track record of managing and developing a small team of online usability professionals
•Fluent English with a good command of both spoken and written English with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Indonesian is preferred but not essential.
