A local media group is looking for an HR / Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead a team of 2 people.

Description :
�POversee and monitor full spectrum of HR functions including policies formulation and implementation, training and development, manpower planning, compensation and benefits management, performance management and other ad hoc assignments.

�PProvide advice and support to the management in all HR services and to the line management in pro-actively resolving the day-to-day human resource operational and staff issues.

�PFormulate and implement the group¡¦s C&B polices and procedures to ensure compliance with the related legislations.

�PManage the group¡¦s C&B programs including: salary and incentive programs, medical insurance, retirement fund, performance management, HRMS enhancement project and other ad hoc assignments.


To meet the challenge, you should have at least 8 years solid HR experience of which minimum 3 years are in the managerial level. You should have good knowledge on the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong and PRC. Excellent communications skills of English and Chinese (Putonghua) are required. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
