Description : Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead the accounting and finance team of 9 people, prepare the annual and interim reports and results announcements, review and ensure the legal documents and all on-going disclosure requirements under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. To meet the challenge, you should have a Bachelor degree in Accountancy with associate membership of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent, with at least 8 years in a sizeable securities brokerage firm and strong knowledge on securities and futures ordinances and management.
