Buyer / Associate Buyer
A renowned retail fashion company is looking for two buyers (or associate buyers) – one is for its ladies’ causal wear; one is for its men’s formal wear – both are for its Hong Kong market.

Description :
Reporting to the Buying Manager, you will supervise one assistant buyer and your major responsibilities include:

•Formulating buying strategy and buying proposals
•Supervising the buying team to achieve agreed financial target, including brand sales, gross margin & inventory level
•Developing promotional strategies to increase sales performance
•Applying market knowledge and fashion sense to explore selling opportunities and expand market share for the company
•Conducting periodic market intelligence and competitive edge analysis to increase awareness and understanding of market and competitors' situation

To meet the challenge, you should have at least 5 years solid experience in fashion retail buying, with strong analytical skills and good understanding of the fashion retail market.

You should be good at figures, creative with fashion flair, yet pragmatic and highly results-oriented.
