Director of Marketing, Taiwan (Native Taiwanese)
A renowned, international language and education company is looking for a professional marketer (native Taiwanese) to who is hands-on, self-driven, committed, detailed-minded and result-oriented to help drive and manage the online and offline marketing activities for its Taiwan market. Reporting to the Marketing Vice President, you will be based in Hong Kong OR Taiwan.

Your main responsibilities:
•Develop comprehensive marketing plans and tactical programs
•Manage & Drive internal & external parties to maximize results on sales & marketing funnel
•Plan, execute, measure, analyze and fine-tune all marketing initiatives
•Monitor results and competitive environment to take real time actions
•Manage advertising channels to maximize ROI on ad dollar spent
•Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, etc
•Head efforts for data modeling, segmentation & statistical analysis
•Manage and drive internal and external parties to maximize results on sales & marketing funnel
•Develop partnership marketing programs and maintain relationships with partners
•Create localized sales and marketing materials as needed
•Assist in all 4P and 4R related initiatives

To meet the challenge, you should have at least 10 years hands-on and practical experience in consumer sales and marketing, with solid experience on acquisition marketing and digital marketing.

You must be a native Taiwanese, familiar with Taiwan market in general. You should have strong marketing concept + creative & copy writing skills in Traditional Chinese. Strong online marketing experience is a must.

Strong knowledge in SNS / iWOM is an advantage. Excellent marketing data analysis skills are necessary. Experience in managing internal marketing teams with excellent communication skills and native Mandarin is mandatory, plus excellent commands of both written and spoken English. Experience in using / implementing Salesforce.com CRM system is also an advantage.
