Description : Reporting to the Division Head, you will be responsible for: - Formulating and planning buying strategies and activities to achieve sales, profit and inventory targets - Deriving OTB planning, merchandise mix and assortment planning - Monitoring the stock level, merchandise distribution, stock allocation and sales performance - Deploying effective replenishment and marking down strategies to achieve targets - Formulating various sales and inventory analysis reports for management meetings - Exploring potential products/brands through market research and data analysis - Leading the buying team for the completion of the whole process of buying activities To meet the challenge, you should have at least 10 years experience in buying management with exposure in apparel / footwear, and good fashion / business sense, and familiar with the current market trends. You should be proactive, sensitive to figures, with strong analytical and time management skills. Excellent communications (English and Chinese) and negotiation are also required.
