Description : Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the sales team to achieve profit targets, keep abreast of the sales trends and ensure sufficient stocks, conduct staff planning, coaching, and career development, as well as monitor market intelligence, the overall sales performance and service quality of the retail team. To meet the challenge, you should have at least 12 years solid experience in retail chain store management with minimum 5 years at managerial level. Excellent leadership and communications skills, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese are required.
