A leading international publisher of online gaming applications is looking for an Online Marketing Manager responsible for:
Description :
- Providing planning of online media activities including budgeting and ad spend recommendations
- Independently managing performance-based (CPM, CPC, CPA) media buys
- Driving profitability through optimisation of targeting, pricing and creative testing
- Increasing acquisition by developing new and expand existing relationships with publishers
- Negotiating deals to maximise volume and margin of advertising campaigns while minimising risk
- Working with the Product Team to launch and manage campaigns
- Managing monthly media spend and metrics (ROI, CPA)
- Identifying acquisition sources with high LTV
- Communicating media activities and metrics to all levels in the organisation
To meet the challenge, you should have at least 5 years relevant experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with good track record of implementing large scale, ROI positive online acquisition campaigns. Experience with Web analytics to determine performance against target metrics, and strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required. Experience with social media and/or gaming industry is a plus.
