Marketing Manager (Digital / Online Business)
A renowned, local newspaper group is looking for a self-motivated, creative, detailed-oriented marketing manager to help develop and manage growth-oriented partnerships with several online portals for its consumer business in Hong Kong.

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, responsible for generating and growing a high volume of qualified traffic and leads through online partnership management and effective marketing and promotions channels.

Description :
You will be leading a team of 3 members for the following work scope:

- Responsible for overall marketing, branding and communications functions of two Internet portals (travel and beauty related)

- Work closely with different teams to develop and drive sales activities and their implementations

- Develop membership and CRM programmes for the two Internet portals

- Design and manage market research projects to facilitate new product development

- Communicate market trends and findings and make strategic recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or business related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of solid marketing experience, preferably for the online business

- Self-starter with strong business acumen

- Creative in promotion and programme development

- Possess good market research and eCommerce knowledge

- With experience in the FMCG sector or related to CRM, online and channel promotion, distribution will be an advantage

- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly essential

- Attentive to details, well-organised and able to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills
