A renowned, international language and education company is looking for a self-motivated, detail-minded and result-oriented individual to drive and manage offline marketing, PR and social media marketing activities in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities include:

• To manage offline marketing, PR activities and Social Media marketing for Hong Kong market
• To mange relevant marketing budget and conduct media buying and monitoring
• To develop and manage all offline and social media marketing initiatives (including but not limited to print, TV and outdoor advertising, radio, social media channels, direct marketing, CRM, partnership marketing, joint promotions, PR and events) to raise customer acquisition
• To develop appropriate procedures in continuously assess and improve the performance of all offline campaigns and come up with sound improvement plans
• To identify optimal offline and social media marketing channels and suggest optimisation strategies
• To work closely with designers / agencies /media partners to optimise creative performance and business results
• To analyse competitor activities and suggest actions to be taken to secure and grow market share
• To execute and analyse campaigns to ensure and maximise effectiveness and produce optimal ROI
• To develop appropriate procedures in continuously assess and improve the performance of all offline campaigns and come up with sound improvement plans
• To identify and develop strategic partnership that benefit to the company’s brand and business growth
• To work closely with the sales team to drive business results
• To perform market research with customers and sales teams, assess market dynamics and opportunities, collect competitive intelligence, and suggest actions to be take to secure and grow market share

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing / Advertising / Translation / Communications preferred
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in Marketing, PR and events

(Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Specialist / Senior Marketing Executive)

• Experience in Web 2.0 and social media marketing to drive brand awareness and generate leads is STRONGLY preferable, or else relevant online marketing experience will be minimally required
• Ability to do Chinese copywriting for marketing materials and organisation of events is a MUST
• Solid connection with press and journalist a definite advantage
• Ability to think CREATIVELY and innovatively
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skill and analytical mind
• Extremely detail oriented with strong sense of work prioritization
• Ability to manage and motivate peers to accomplish business goals and objectives
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks / projects and work independently under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
• Experience in marketing data analysis is highly preferred
• Experience with ad-serving technologies, tracking systems and CRM system is an advantage
• Excellent commands of both written and oral presentation in Chinese and English
• Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team-oriented but challenging and multi-disciplinary environment
