Director of e-Commerce, China
A renowned, international language and education company is looking for an organised, committed and sales-oriented Director of e-Commerce to develop and manage its online subscription business in China and Taiwan. Reporting to the President of Online Services, this is a hands-on, rewarding, yet senior position that holds the key to unlocking the full potential of the online sales funnel for the Company in China.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and implement online sales strategies to exceed company targets
• Create/improve online sales funnel and supporting structure to maximise revenue & ROI
• Plan, execute, measure, analyse and fine-tune all relevant initiatives with full P&L responsibility for the online sales business
• Define, monitor and drive sales funnel KPIs to achieve business objectives
• Work closely with internal departments to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of relevant processes and systems
• Monitor results, competitive landscape and analyse relevant business data to create management reports and take appropriate actions

To meet the challenge, you should have:

• At least 5 years of working experience in online marketing and/or Internet businesses
• 3+ years hands-on and practical eCommerce experience
• Good understanding of online marketing tactics and landscape
• In-depth understanding of local payment platform in China
• Strong data analytical skills + solid experience in online & data driven strategies
• Experience and knowledge in the China market
• Intangible and/or subscription based products experience (an advantage).
• Excellent PC skills with solid knowledge of the Internet
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Business related degree from an overseas university (preferred)
