(Senior) Online Marketing Manager, Hong Kong
A renowned, international language and education company is looking for a hands-on, self-driven, committed, detail-minded and result-oriented individual to drive and manage the online marketing activities in Hong Kong.

Description :
Reporting to the Marketing Director, your main responsibilities as a Senior Online Marketing Manager, Hong Kong, will include:

• To lead and manage online marketing strategy for the Hong Kong market

• To develop comprehensive online marketing plans and tactical programs

• To manage online marketing budget and online advertising channels to maximise ROI on ad dollar spent

• To plan, manage and execute online marketing campaigns with different media to raise customer acquisition from inception through execution, ranging from banners, eDM, landing pages to mini sites and full website, etc

• To manage and to drive internal & external parties to maximise results on sales & marketing funnel

• To identify optimal online marketing channels and suggest optimisation strategies

• To work closely with designers / agencies to optimise creative performance and business results

• To execute and analyse campaigns to ensure and maximise effectiveness and produce optimal ROI

• To develop appropriate procedures in continuously assess and improve the performance of all online campaigns and come up with sound improvement plans

• To identify and develop strategic partnership that benefit to the Companyˇ¦s brand and business growth

• To help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, etc

• To head efforts for data modeling, segmentation & statistical analysis

• To perform market research with customers and sales teams, assess market dynamics and opportunities, collect competitive intelligence, and suggest actions to be take to secure and grow market share

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years hands-on and practical experience in consumer sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in managerial level strongly preferred

• Strong Online marketing experience required and knowledge in SNS / iWOM an advantage

• Creative self starter with good business acumen and excellent presentation and communication skills

• Strong negotiation skill and analytical mind

Extremely detail oriented with strong sense of work prioritization

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate peers to accomplish business goals and objectives

• Ability to deal with multiple tasks / projects and work independently under pressure and able to meet tight deadline is necessary

• Experience in marketing data analysis is ESSENTIAL

• Experience with ad-serving technologies, tracking systems and CRM system is an absolute advantage

• Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative

• Ability to work independently as well as in the team-oriented but challenging and multi-disciplinary environment

• Fluent in both Cantonese and English (mandatory), Mandarin an added advantage

• Excellent commands of both written and oral presentation in Chinese and English
