Senior Online Markeing and Partnership Manager, China
A renowned, international language and education company is looking for a self-motivated, creative, detailed-oriented online marketer to help us develop and manage growth-oriented partnerships with several online portals for our consumer business in China. You will be based in Hong Kong and will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Your main objective is to generate and grow a high volume of qualified traffic and leads through online partnership management and rigorous results analysis. You will be responsible for the daily management and planning of online partnerships in China with your team in Hong Kong. You will be the one to drive online campaigns in maximising traffic and sales in China.

You will be leading a team of 2 members for the following work scope:
- Plan, manage and execute online advertising campaigns to raise customer acquisition within the frame of the partnership structure and achieve optimal returns from each portal

- Work closely with online partners so as to maximise the traffic and revenue generated through these partnerships

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with portals, also but not only through regular face to face meetings in Shanghai and Beijing

- Build and develop strong relationship at all levels of partners organisations

- Deliver online acquisitions within agreed partnership structure and achieve optimal cost of acquisition from each portal

- Develop appropriate procedures to continuously assess and improve the performance of all online campaigns running on the partners platforms and come up with sound improvement plans

- Plan, develop and conduct online marketing/advertising campaigns

- Monitor, review, analyse and report on key metrics and performance indicators

- Evaluate overall traffic patterns to our sites and suggest as well as realize necessary changes

- Analyse competitor activities and suggest actions to be taken to secure and grow our market share; and

- Continuously optimise the traffic and revenue generated through partnership and seek for new growth opportunities

To meet the challenge, you should have at least 5 years experience in portal/digital or advertising agency/online marketing industries, with strong analytical ability and project management skills. An understanding of online B2C marketing in mainland China is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (native Mandarin and fluent English, Cantonese a plus) are also required. (Occasional travel to Shanghai/Beijing or other cities in China.)
