A regional marketing and CRM agency is looking for a Regional Relationship and Marketing Manager responsible for working with a major petroleum client regarding all interim and migration communications.

Description :
Reporting to the Regional Group Account Director based in Singapore, you will steward and execute all strategic loyalty initiatives in the integrated communications calendar, including

- Liaison with external creative agencies with regards to briefing of creative customer communications collateral

- Seeking alignment with internal Petroleum departments (e.g procurement / Legal / operations)

- Working with internal disciplines (IT, Data analytics and operations) on the delivery of the initiatives

- Guardian of project timelines and managing group status meetings

- Preparation of all relevant marketing documents

- Project implementation: Identify specific tasks and delegate as appropriate: Monitor progress against plan and achieve forecast volume uplift

- Preparation of post project analysis including ROI analysis

- Local Market Competitor analysis with the aim of establishing / maintaining client account as best in class

- Developing and improving the Loyalty Program features

- Determining member benefits/privileges

- Conception of ongoing events (redemption/tier related) on-site and off-site, supporting the loyalty - and clientˇ¦s overall brand positioning

- Initiating discussions with prospective partners on strategic alliances and preparing the strategic alliance partner recommendations to client in co-operation with Companyˇ¦s regional team

In addition to the mentioned specific petroleum client, you should sometimes be responsible for the following:

- Driving for results and for the quality of New Account Management

- Working closely with the Group Account Director in identifying new opportunities of growth for the Company in Hong Kong

- Assisting the Group Account Director in projecting revenue forecast for accounts under control

To meet the challenge, you should have at least 6 years experience preferably in CRM, direct/loyalty marketing either from agencies or in-house environment, with excellent English and Cantonese communications skills, good client interfacing skills, and good understanding of Relationship Marketing and data driven marketing strategies. You should be able to work independently in a small or home office if required. Experience in the petroleum industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
