Marketing Manager (FMCG/Retail/Skincare)
A renowned foreign skincare and cosmetic company is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for the strategic planning of yearly marketing, media and budget plan, monitoring expenditure and supervising team¡¦s spending on individual program, reviewing budget from time to time based on the market trend, leading the marketing and CRM teams (totally five subordinates) to implement marketing programs and advertising campaigns and ensuring business achievements (i.e. items/invoice, sales/transactions, etc.) according to the plan and budget, and regularly reviewing on campaign performance and objectives as well as following through with latest trend.

Description :
Reporting to the Brand General Manager, you will also develop promotional materials, supervise the merchandising of counter displays, and line up joint promotions with business partners.

You will be involved in the planning and implementation of visual merchandising in relation to in-store promotions with the Project team.

To meet the challenge, you should have at least 8 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in skincare/cosmetic, FMCG and/or retail industries, with excellent Chinese and English communications and presentation skills.
