Search Job by keyword   Location : Job listing > Product Development > Senior Product Development Manager (Denim/Casualwear) Senior Product Development Manager (Denim/Casualwear) A renowned European causal wear company is looking for a Senior Product Development Manager (Asia Pacific) responsible for leading the denim washing and finishing development process from design inception through to delivery, directing the laundry mills to re-establish finishing formula to achieve the desired washing effect, working closely with buyers from Europe to identify market trends and for sourcing apparel for the brand at targeted prices, and attending trade fairs & buying meetings in Europe whenever necessary. Description : Reporting to the Sourcing Director and stationed in the Hong Kong office, you will lead a team of 6 to 7 product development managers to look after the regional markets. To meet the challenge, you should have: - at least 15 years experience in fashion design and/or garment merchandising with minimum 5 years at managerial level for handling denim products - sound technical knowledge in dry and wet processing of all denim products - experience in leading a team in an international brand environment preferably with background in European buying offices - outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - the ability to travel if needed Interested parties or referrals please send your full resume to [email protected].
