Search Job by keyword   Location : Job listing > Retail Operations > Retail Operation Manager (Cosmetics / Skincare) Retail Operation Manager (Cosmetics / Skincare) A renowned cosmetics and skincare brand is looking for a retail operations manager responsible for its store operations, brand sales planning and projections as well as the ongoing development of field staff in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Brand General Manager, you will supervise nearly 100 field staff including area managers, store managers and beauty consultants. Description : You will monitor the team to maintain and follow the merchandising standard and guidelines at all time, manage the store housekeeping, get involved in the promotion planning, store allocation, inventory control, beauty consultant management, customer data collection, customer services, sales forecast and analysis, incentive plans, and team training and development. To meet the challenge, you should have at least 8 years experience in the retail industry sales and operation position, preferably for the industry with high service standard, e.g. luxury fashion, accessories and cosmetics. You should have strong exposure in operations, with excellent people management skills. Effective communications skills in both English and Chinese are also required.
